Register the business address in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret) in the format [Company AS], c/o Firma24 followed by the address you have ordered.

You’ll find the complete address – with street number and postcode – in the portal as soon as the address has been activated.

Bank cards, PIN letters and similar items are forwarded physically to the address you have given us, for NOK 99 excl. VAT per item. Parcels and pallets are not accepted.

Yes. Send us an enquiry and we’ll reserve the address for your company while it is being set up. You can use the address to register the company in the Brønnøysund registers, but you can’t receive post at it until the organisation number has been registered.

For most Norwegian companies, the address is activated as soon as you have signed the order with BankID – in the same session.

Some activities require additional customer due diligence, for example finance, investment, activity abroad, foreign owners or companies less than 90 days old. In that case a case handler reviews the order manually and gets in touch – normally within one business day.

The agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically unless it is cancelled in writing no later than 30 days before it expires. The price is the same whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually.

By invoice with a KID payment reference, in advance, with 14 days’ payment terms. All invoices are available in the portal with PDF download. Foreign companies pay 12 months in advance before the agreement takes effect.
