Statutory duty of confidentiality
Accounting24 AS is bound by a duty of confidentiality about the contents of post that is opened and scanned. Your national identity number is stored encrypted and used only for identification.

Customer due diligence with BankID
We are required by law to know our customers. That’s why customer due diligence is done digitally with BankID as part of your order – no paperwork, no passport copy in the post. It doesn’t affect whether you can order.

Data processing agreement and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, and a data processing agreement is part of your contract. Everything is versioned and available in the portal.

Customer due diligence
Why we ask for BankID
As an accounting firm we are subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act and must know our customers. Instead of paperwork and passport copies in the post, we do it digitally – in the same session as your order.
Normally activated straight away
Low-risk Norwegian companies have their address activated automatically right after signing – no case handler needed.
Sometimes we take a closer look
Finance, investment, activity abroad, foreign owners or companies less than 90 days old are reviewed manually. It doesn’t affect whether you can order – we normally get in touch within one business day.
